The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these terms, policies and conditions.

The PrecisionNutrients.com site is owned and operated by Precision Nutrients with headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, U.S.A. Email any questions to service@PrecisionNutrients.com. You can also phone us at 800-514-0216. It is our policy to respond to all emails and phone calls immediately whenever possible but always within 24 hours during business hours (9:00-5:00 M-F).

Next Day Shipping

We take pride in shipping our customer's orders quickly and accurately. Typically, orders are shipped next business day. Business day means Monday through Friday, excluding observed U.S. holidays and holidays that the carrier observes.

We utilize UPS for the best choice of fast and dependable delivery times with shipment tracking and low freight costs. Low cost USPS Media Mail is an available option for our books and DVDs.

As you view your shopping cart, our system estimates the shipping and handling costs for all shipping services available to your destination.

Out-of-Stock Products: There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Return Policy

• Full purchase price refund on vitamin and food items in original unopened containers with all anti-tampering seals intact received at our returns facility within 30 days of receipt. There are no restocking fees. This refund does not include the original shipping and handling charges or any shipping charges associated with returning the product to PrecisionNutrients.
  
  
• Full purchase price refund on restockable undamaged non-food and non-vitamin items received at our returns facility within 30 days of receipt. Okay if shrink wrap is off provided item is in 100% original condition.
  
  
• Complete refund (including your original shipping and handling charge only) on defective items, or other extenuating circumstances, where Precision Nutrients is clearly at fault. Such items must be received at our returns facility within 30 days of receipt.

Insurance

• UPS shipments have an automatic $100 damage or loss insurance coverage built into their standard rates. Items which were damaged or lost during shipment by UPS to your address, up to the amount of insurance coverage, will be promptly replaced. Precision Nutrients will file the requisite insurance claims based upon your complete written report to us. Your report of damage or loss must be postmarked or emailed to Precision Nutrients within 30 days of purchase to qualify. Compensation is limited to the replacement of merchandise and not loss of business, incidental or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

We do not share email addresses, names, phone numbers, or any other personal information with other parties, except when required by law, or required to complete your order. When you make a purchase from our site, you may provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information only to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. All information to process your order is transmitted via SSL, or Secure Socket Layers. This is the industry standard technology for encrypting sensitive information so that your personal information is safe.

If you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation, shipment notification, and if necessary, we will contact you via email or phone if there is a problem processing your order. Precision Nutrients may send occasional emails to past customers to inform them of new products or promotions.
